She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Petrey, Sr.; her parents, Raymond Webb and Bonnie Webb; her sons, Cecil Petrey, Jr., Gerry Petrey, Tommy Petrey and Bobby Petrey; and her siblings, Ralph Webb, June Webb and Patty Crusenberry.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Ray Petrey (Karen) of St. Charles, VA, Ricky Gene Petrey (Angela) of Pennington Gap, VA, Ronnie Petrey (Rachel) of Jonesville, VA, Rondal Petrey (Angie) of St. Charles, VA and Deborah Sue Hicks (Max) of Woodway, VA; and her siblings, Jake Webb, Creed Webb, Walter Webb, Billy Webb, Lorene Deirth, Shirley Webb and Betty Lou Miles. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Ten great-grandchildren, one expected great-grandchild, many nieces, nephews and a host of extended family, friends.
