He was predeceased by: his wife Dottie Crusenberry; his daughter Sheila Fatony; his grandson Jeffery Martin; his parents, Clarence Crusenberry and Mary Crusenberry; and his son-in-law Steve Grimes.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Crusenberry of St. Charles, VA, Ava Martin (Jeff) of Pennington Gap, VA, Carla Grimes of St. Charles, VA and Tammy Bryant (Lynn) of Jonesville, VA; his grandchildren, Gena, Justin, Matt, Matthew, Noah, Alex and Lauren; and his siblings, Robert Crusenberry (Ella) of St. Charles, VA, Daryll Crusenberry (Carol Barnette), Billy Ray Evans (Trula) of Corbin, KY, Barbara Crusenberry Witt of Dryden, VA, Shirley Scalf of St. Charles, VA, Betty Livesay of Pennington Gap, VA, Carol Anders (Brownie) of Woodway, VA and Connie Crusenberry of Woodway, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews extended family and friends and special friend.
