He was predeceased by: his parents, William Baylor and Florence Baylor; his son Warren Roscoe Baylor, Jr.; and his siblings, Barbara L. Johnson, Tyrone Baylor, Sr., Welford and Joseph Braxton.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Baylor; his children, Carolyn Booker (Curtis), Mary Lynch (Eric), Pandora Cosby (Leslie), Kenneth Baylor (Durcellia) and Tracy Baylor, Sr. (Priscilla); his siblings, Louise Ferguson, Janette (Edward) and Frederick Theirry (Mindy); his siblings-in-law, Watt Stevens (Delores), Eugene Rollins, Ruth Braxton and Eva Baylor; and his nephew Marvin Johnson, Sr.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren.
