It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Chapman of Ruther Glen, Virginia, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on October 10, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles K. Robinson and Ida Belle Robinson. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth M. Chapman; her sons, Stephen E. Howell (Fredericksburg) and Michael A. Howell of Castle Rock, CO; and her stepchildren, Kenneth L. Chapman of Myrtle Beach, SC and Karen L. Nolan of North Charleston, SC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
