He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Addie Jane Runyon; and his children, Rex A. Runyon of Burke, Gini Steiding of Ruther Glen, Kim Runyon of Stafford, Tod Runyon of Fredericksburg and Debbie Sutton of Ruther Glen. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
