He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Pearson Sneed and Joe Sneed; and his siblings, Joanne Dunn, Betty Jean Lucy, James and Donald Sneed.
He is survived by: his children, Ellie Sneed and George Thomas Sneed (Wendy Staples Sneed); his sister Brenda Hundley; and his grandchildren, Samantha Walker and George Sneed. He is also survived by two great-granddaughters as well as several nieces and nephews.
