It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Grimes Collins Jr. of Ruther Glen, Virginia, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Mary Mace Collins; his children, Donna Collins Goodrich (Carlos Fillmore Goodrich), Rhonda Collins Booker (William Jeffrey Booker) and Richard Grimes Collins, III (Cynthia Ausley Collins); his grandchildren, Katie Goodrich Corts, Callie Elizabeth Goodrich, Lindsay Booker Muldrow, William Collins Booker, Alexander Jeffrey Booker, Sarah Jane Collins and Richard Grimes Collins, IV; and his great grandchildren, Charlie and Sellars Corts.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bowling Green Baptist Church.
