She was predeceased by: her parents, Velard Worley and Inez Worley; her son Timothy Carter; and her sister Elaine Hancock. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Carter; her son Paul Carter; her siblings, Elizabeth Labrador, Shirley Graninger, Bruce Worley, Robert Worley, Mary Ann Ingram and Diana Marshall; her grandchildren, Candace Carter, Ashley Wood (Bryan), Samuel Carter, James Carter and Katherine Carter; and her great grandchildren, Brittany Carter, Courtney Lowder, TJ Mitchum, Ashton Wood, Brendan Wood and Luca Carter.
