He is survived by: his wife Lynne Wellerman; his parents, Ermal Henderson and Norman Wellerman; his stepmother Cathy Wellerman; his siblings, Elisa Wellerman Bray, Samantha Straughan (Joey) and Mike Sampson; his nieces, Tonya Moore (Travis), Ren Usher, Adriana Usher, Amber Straughen, Kristen Straughen, Elizabeth Sampson and Anna Sampson; his father-in-law Howard Olin, Jr.; his sisters-in-law, Terri Olin and Renee Olin; and his close friends, Glen and Stephanie Blaydes. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
