He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Judy Simpson Bonner, James Curtis West Sr. and Alice Clayton West. He is survived by: his parents, Susan Bonner and Steven Bonner; his brother Jason Bonner; and his grandfather Tom F. Bonner Jr..
