He is survived by: his parents, Brenda and Eddie Holder (Joyce Ann Holder); his grandmother Patsy Beazley; his siblings, Kayla Self, Danielle Jones, Tara Frye, Justin Holder and Ryan Frye; his aunt Tracey Bremner; his uncle Darrell Beazley (Judy); his niece Kayleigh Holder; and his nephew Silas Self.
