It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Franklin Melfa of Ruther Glen, Virginia, who passed away on August 3, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike and Catherine; and his brother Michael "Mickey" Melfa. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Melfa; his sons, Michael (Jessi) and Christopher (Megan); his grandchildren, Jack, Maia, Madeline and Delilah; and his brother Dennis Melfa.
