He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jacobs and Inger Jacobs; his son Nicholas Mark Jacobs; and his brothers, Larry, Curt and Terry Jacobs.
He is survived by: his wife Patty; his son Jason (Shelly); his grandsons, Jake Mason Jacobs and Aiden Lynn Jacobs; and his siblings, Leeanne McCarty and Chuck Jacobs.
