He is survived by: his sons, Hunter Smith (Emily) and David Smith (Danielle); his grandchildren, Zoe, Stella Smith, Wade and Waylen Smith; his stepgrandsons, Zachary and Ryan Tate; his wife Mary Smith; and his stepchildren, Mandy Tate (Kevin) and Robbie Glasco.
