She is survived by: her siblings, Phyllis Barker (Howard), Faye Greene, Virginia Scott (Rufus), Elaine West (Jimmy), Jimmy Carter (Linda), Steve Carter and Danny Carter (Victoria). She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
