He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hight; his children, Randolph H. Hight (Randy), David Goff Jr. (Kim) of Lynchburg and Janet L. Goff; his friends, Christine Christon of Richmond, Graham L. Hight (Gloria) of Lynchburg and Robert M. Hight of Lynchburg; his sister Lucille; his sister-in-law Sue Arthur of Rustburg; his granddaughters, Kiera L. Hight, Krista M Hight of Rustburg and Misty A. Arthur (Jeb); his great grandchildren, Jasmine M Arthur and Zachary Arthur (Zack) of Lynchburg; and his siblings-in-law, Willard Arthur (Brenda) and Brenda Sue Carson.
