She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry W. Wright and Mary H. Wright; her husband Roy O. Staton; her stepdaughter Kathy Carroll; and her sisters, Helen Jamerson, Jean Tyree, Betty Wright and Jeanette Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Stinnett (Kathy), James Stinnett (Donna), Roy Staton (Janet) and Denise Osborne (Charlie). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
