With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Elizabeth (Waller) Cowart of Rustburg, Virginia, who passed away on March 6, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elizabeth "Betty" Layne Waller and Harry Edison Waller; her husband Leonard D. Cowart; her children, Barry N. Cowart (Melanie) and Valerie L. Cowart (William Bryant); her grandchildren, Raeleen, Donnie Cowart (Jessica), Kerry Cowart (Lindsay) and Ashley Cowart; and her great grandchildren, Payten, Keyten, Haley, Jenna, Leah and Camilla.
