He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Taylor "Bud" Bailey and Martha "Kate" Finch Bailey; his siblings, Myra Carwile, Iva Waller, Martha "Sis" Booth, Taylor Bailey, Mildred Martin, Katie Mae Martin, Claude Bailey, Gladys Campbell and Lyle Bailey; and his daughter-in-law Jane Adkinson Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Tanner Bailey; his daughter Linda; his son-in-law Billy Elliott of Phenix, VA; his son Morris M. "Mickey" Bailey, Jr. of Lilburn, GA; his grandsons, Robbie Elliott (Cindy) of Phenix, VA and John Bailey of Lilburn, GA; his stepgrandson Bobby Bross (Suzanne) of Cumming, GA; his granddaughters, Lisa Richmond (David) of Phenix, VA and Martha Bailey of Bristol, VA; his stepgranddaughter Colby Bross of Hartwell, GA; his great grandchild Leanna Adair of Mill Creek, WA.; his siblings, Milton Bailey and Janice Driskill; and his nieces, Faye Mathews and Shelby Overstreet.
