He is survived by: his parent Lula Mabel Griffith; his son Mason Lee "Buddy" White, Jr.; his sister Phyllis Crawford; his children, Wanda Campbell (Dennis), Steve White (Darlene) and Jeff White; his brothers, Lacy White (JoAnn) and Ray White (Glenda); his brother-in-law Eddie Crawford; his grandchildren, Emily C. Wilson, Hannah E. Morris (Robert), Jonathan P. Campbell (Magen) and Hillary R. Ashley (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Zoey Morris and Lola Morris; and his significant other Roberta Tucker.
