He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Hughes Horn; his parents, George Andrew Horn and Macie Bell Collins Horn; his brother Lewis Horn; and his cousin Albert Mac "Sonny" Collins.
He is survived by: his son Larry Godsey (Kristi) of Rustburg; his grandchildren, Jordan Godsey, Marc Godsey (Jessica), Tyler Godsey (Kirstin) and Katie Godsey (Carter); and his brother Leroy Horn (Mary Katherine) of Kentucky.
