It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Gail Brizendine of Rustburg, Virginia, born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on July 29, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Monroe Catlett and Mamie Tyree Catlett Meadows; her son Michael Brizendine; her grandson Brandon Thornton; and her siblings, Carolyn Catlett, Shirley Plumb, Ed Catlett and David Catlett.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Chester Brizendine; her daughter Lisa B. White (Lewis) of Lynchburg; her sisters, Rosa Martin (Jimmy), Betty Witt (Jack) and Frances Thompson; and her grandchildren, Robbie, Jonathan, Michael, Joshua, Eric, Justin, Miranda, Savannah and Brennan.
