He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Neighbors, Sr. and Myrtle Mawyer Neighbors; and his siblings, Dean Neighbors and Shelby East. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Neighbors (Kevin) of Lynchburg; his stepdaughter Erin Turner Jewett of Casa Grande, AZ; his sisters, Judy Ward, Patricia Wilson (Bossy) of Brookneal and Wanda Crews (Jimmy) of Gladys; his grandchildren, Vidal Coles of Richmond, Zachary Coles of Lynchburg, Jordan Scott of Lynchburg and Aayla Acoff of Lynchburg; his aunt June N. Mosebrook (Guy) of Lynchburg; his uncle AJ Neighbors (Andrea) of Radford; and his close friend Pat Hopkins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
