She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Garland Harris, Sr.; her parents, Walter Cleveland Hamlett and Lottie Nash Hamlett; and her siblings, Carrie H. Leftwich, Betty H. Phelps, Janie H. Sapp, Walter C. Hamlett, Jr. and Johnny Hamlett.

She is survived by: her children, Roy G. Harris, Jr. (Deborah), Cindy H. Cole (Mike) and Patricia H. Ferguson (Jeff); her siblings, Herbert Hamlett (Jeanett) and Dorothy H. Foster; her grandchildren, Waylon (Nici), Amanda, Bryan (Sarah), Brandon (Meghan), Shannon and Ann Marie (Eric); and her great grandchildren, Gavin, Hunter, Michael, Evelynn, Seiler, Regan and Cooper.
