He was predeceased by: his parents, James I. Puckett, Sr. and Collie DeJarnette Puckett; and his sister Kathleen P. Altizer. He is survived by: his children, James I. Puckett, III (Helen), Allen C. Puckett (Trudy), Clayton F. Stanley, Jr. (Monica) and Kristen S. Hardie (Jon); his grandchildren, Carly Silby (Corey), Addy Puckett, Sam Puckett, Jackson Stanley, Alice Stanley, Josie Stanley, Kate Hardie, Jason Hardie and Ellie Hardie; and his great great grandchildren, Carson and Hunter Silby.
