He is survived by: his children, Heather Williams (John) of Amherst, Howard Thomas Irvine III of Lynchburg, Michael Irvine of Lynchburg and Chris Irvine of Lynchburg; his sister Lisa Irvine of Lynchburg; and his granddaughters, Brianna Price of Charlottesville and Holly Miller of Lynchburg. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
