He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Farr Booth and Lila Mills Booth; and his siblings, Gracie Nash, Ervil Booth, Lyle Booth, Luther Booth, Hazel Goff, Ethel Harris, Ruby Ferguson, Susie Marsh, Malvin Booth (Matt), Roy Booth and Erma Booth.

He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Booth (Pam) of Rustburg and Michael Booth (Susan) of Concord; his grandchildren, Daniel Booth, Jennifer Booth, Jessica Overstreet (Scott), Christopher Booth (Amanda) and Frances Wiley (Aaron); his great grandchildren, Candice Ferguson, Taylor Overstreet, Mackenzie Overstreet, Ethan Overstreet, Presley Wiley and Addison Booth; his nephew J. K. Deacon; and his nieces, Judy Brooks and Pat Elder. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
