She was predeceased by: her husband Leland Booth; her parents, John Ashworth and Shirley Ashworth; her son Michael Booth; and her brothers, Edward and Ray Ashworth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Ann Walker (Mike) of Martinsville and Jo Ellen Beverly (Dwight) of Gladys; her daughter-in-law Sarah Booth of Rustburg; her grandchildren, Jacob, Whittney, Jeremy, John, Derringer and Avery; her siblings, Lawrence Ashworth, Peggy Andrews, Kathy Kelly, Mary Murray, Judy McCoy and Cathy Ashworth; and her close friend Laverne Worley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews.
