She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Edward Hailey Sr. and Mildred Clay Hailey. She is survived by: her husband Herbert H. Moses III; her daughters, Laura Hall (Matt) of Rustburg and Jennifer Moses (Larry Clay) of Rustburg; her grandchildren, Dagan, Megan Hall and Hailey Moses; her brother Charles Hailey Jr. (Phyllis) of Nathalie; and her nephew Stacy Hailey.
