She was predeceased by: her parent Walter Henry Stinnett; her daughter Pam P. Wood; and her brothers, Tom Stinnett, Butch Stinnett and Eugene Stinnett.

She is survived by: her husband Wilmer G. Pope, Sr.; her parent Virginia Petts Stinnett; her children, Don Miller (Karen) of Amherst, Mike Miller (Jackie), Tony Miller (Mary), Glenn Pope, Jr. (Bonnie) of Rustburg, June Dobyns (Randy) of Madison Heights, Donna Branham (Dean) of Lynchburg and Brenda Ayers (Kurt) of Rustburg; and her siblings, Susan Dobyns (Ray), Martha Gillispie, Maude Campbell (Dalton), Eva Mawyer and Robert Stinnett. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
