With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dwight Doss of Rustburg, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As Dwight departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Dwight. Though Dwight may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Lee Doss and Marjorie Keesee Doss. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Breeden Doss; his sons, Derek Doss (Stacy) and Greg Doss (Kim); his grandchildren, D. J. Doss (Mia Griner), Lindsey Perrow and Trevor Smith (Hailey); and his great grandchildren, Samuel and Scarlett Perrow.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Service & Crematory (427 Graves Mill Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
