He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Dodgion and Mable S. Dodgion; his children, Rocky Dodgion and Dawn Maddox; and his siblings, Bill Dodgion and Ann Dodgion.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Woody Dodgion; his children, Deborah Deel, Darrell Wayne Dodgion (Pam) and David William Dodgion (Annie); and his siblings, Ted Dodgion (Mary) and Wanda Bunnell. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
