He was predeceased by: his former wife Sandra Jane Mason Hammock; his parents, Gordon Lee Hammock and Mary Lee Gammon Hammock; and his son James David Hammock. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Fallin (Ted) and Wendy Cyrus (Greg); his grandchildren, Stacey, Tiffaney, Andrew, Brooke and Scott; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Aiden, Caroline, Bailey and Karlee; his fiancée Patricia Maxfield; and his pet Smokey.
