He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton H. Moore, Jr. and Constance Moore. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelsey Cooper (Scott) of Omaha, NE and Larissa Carlson (Donnie) of Council Bluff, IA; his stepchildren, Patrick Balkus (Cristy) of Halifax, Francis Balkus (Lauren) of Henrico and Dorothy Crews (Clarke) of North Carolina; and his sisters, Connie Shakleford (Wynn) of Rustburg and Chris Walls (Jeff) of Snowflake, AZ. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
