She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Wright and Sue Toler Wright; her son Michael G. Burnette; her husband William Lee Burnette; and her siblings, Josephine Daniel, Margaret Johnson, James, Gordon, Frank and Elwood Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Susan H. Burnett (Diane) of Charlottesville and William Lee Burnette (JoAnne) of Lynchburg; her grandchildren, W. Travis Burnette (Lauryn) and Carley Burnette; her great grandchild Levi W. Burnette; her siblings, Carlton Wright of Manassas, Louise Monroe of Lynchburg and Catherine Abbott of Madison Heights; and her nieces, Cathy Monroe, Barbara Martin and Brenda Holland.
