She is survived by: her children, Willard H. Smith, Larry Keith Smith (Hazel), Tommy Smith, Faith Smith-Goff (Tommy) and Lisa Hancock (William); her grandchildren, Frank Smith, Chris Smith, Amber Lewis (Spencer) and Charles Goff (Monica); her great grandchildren, Ankor Lewis, Sparros Lewis and Carmen Goff; her brothers, Harry Lee Willard (Diane) and Johnny Willard; and her brother-in-law Jerry Smith (Sandy).
