We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2021, at the age of 84, Sadie Allen Cook of Rural Retreat, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Allen and Olie Cooper Allen; her husband Raymond Cook; her son Freddie Lee Cook; and her siblings, Buck, Sidney, Henry, Lee, Bill, John Allen, Ada Short and Linda Sue Blevins.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Smith (Steven) of Rural Retreat, VA, Chico Cook (Connie) of Rural Retreat, VA and Raymond Cook (Cindy) of Garfield Heights, OH. She is also survived by nine Grandchildren and thirteen Great Grandchildren.
