He is survived by: his wife Sally Wagoner of Rural Retreat; his children, Deena Umbarger of Marion, Dennis Wagoner (Susan) of Chilhowie, William Wagoner of Marion and Phillip Wagoner of Marion; his grandchildren, Tosha Atwell (Chris) of Rural Retreat, Amber Bonham (Brandon) of Marion, Josh Wagoner of Chilhowie and Katie Wagoner of Chilhowie; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Hailey Atwell and Kenleigh Bonham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
