He is survived by: his children, Tina and Donnie Tibbs of Rural Retreat, VA; his siblings, Nancy Kirk (Dean) of Norton, VA, Linda Tibbs of Rural Retreat, VA, Larry Tibbs (Betty) of Rural Retreat, VA, Kenneth Tibbs (Sally) of Rural Retreat, VA, Gary Tibbs (Patsy) of Rural Retreat, VA and Patti Bridges (Tommy) of Rural Retreat, VA; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Caleb, Colt and Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
