Airy, MD. and Cheri (Larry Fawley); his grandchildren, Jakki, Dustin Dowell and Dalton Waller; his great grandchildren, Luke Waller, Kayden Dowell and Honorary; and his son Derek Crouse of Rural Retreat, VA. He was also cherished by Many nieces, nephew, cousins and extended family.
