He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Roark and Martha Roark; and his siblings, Shirley Tickle, Robert Roark, Howard Roark, Jackie Roark and Dan Roark.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lou Roark; his children, Robin Lynn Potter (Scott) of Rural Retreat and Richard Lee Roark of Rural Retreat; his granddaughter Tabitha Lynn Price; his great grandchild Isabelle Grayce Shoemaker of Rural Retreat; and his siblings, Elizabeth Harris of Saltville and Berkley Leon Roark of Rural Retreat.
