She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Halsey and Ileta Finney Halsey; her husband E. Bruce Porter of Cripple Creek, Virginia.; and her son-in-law Rusty Sneed. She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Porter of Marion, Pam Leonard (Jeff) of Sugar Grove and Polly Crigger (Del) of Wytheville; and her sister Hazel Harper (Jay) of Marion.
