She is survived by: her children, Clifford E. Payne, Jr. (Mildred) of Dublin, VA, Brenda Mullins of Abingdon, VA, Priscilla Lester of Hurley, VA, Sheba Payne of Bradshaw, WV and Daria Gray of Rural Retreat, VA; her brothers, Walter Kennedy (Rovie) of Wytheville, VA, Edgel Kennedy (Nellie) of Wytheville, VA and Dan Kennedy (Sue) of Wytheville, VA; and her niece Janet Davis Russell of Ironton, OH. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
