She is survived by: her husband Jason Scott Kellogg of Rural Retreat, VA; her children, Mason Kellogg and Olivia Kellogg of Rural Retreat, VA; her parents, James Remines of Rural Retreat, VA and Phyllis Hall of Saltville, VA; and her grandmother Mary Remines of Rural Retreat, VA.
The family wants no flowers, those who wish to do so can make donations to their local Asthma Foundation.
