She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Aker and Bertha Bralley Aker; her husband Paul Justin Billings; and her daughter Beverly Billings Lee. She is survived by: her son Wayne Billings of Max Meadows, VA. She is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
