She is survived by: her children, Pat Bell (Gail) of Rural Retreat and Jeanne Fowler (Danny) of Wytheville, VA; her daughter-in-law Inga Bell of Dublin, VA.; her grandchildren, Seth Bell, Uriah, Titus, Chad Bell, Lydia, Austin, Mark Fowler (Nicole) of Pulaski, VA and Erin Wood; her great grandchild Eric (Danielle Fowler) of Midlothian, VA; and her siblings, Dan Vipperman, Jr. of Foley, AL, Frances Dabney of Wilmington, NC, Norma Hale of Galax, VA, Betty Snapp of Richmond, VA and Becky Winesett of Galax, VA.. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
