With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Perkins of Rural Retreat, Virginia, born in Buchanan, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 25, 2024 at the age of 69. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Perkins; his sons, Brett Perkins of Rural Retreat and James Aaron (Kathy Shupe) of Rural Retreat; his sisters, Easter Deel of Council, Lourine Breeding (Billy) of Paintsville and Mary Breeding of Council; and his grandson Landon Aaron Perkins of Marion.
