He is survived by: his wife Nicole Palar of Rock Island, IL; his children, Phoenix Dean of Rock Island, IL, Haleigh Dean of Max Meadows, VA and Brayden Dean; his grandson Holden Surratt of Max Meadows, VA; his stepfather Lindsey Arnold of Rural Retreat, VA; his siblings, Richard Thomas of Rural Retreat, VA, Donna Green of Spencer, IN and Connie Schmezle of Indianapolis, IN; and his stepsiblings, Tommy Arnold of Newark, OH, Jennifer Arnold of Pulaskie, VA and Angie Arnold of Rural Retreat, VA.
