With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kevin Welch of Rural Retreat, Virginia, who passed away on September 18, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Douglas Welch and Patricia Fitzstephens Welch. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hannah Welch; his sons, Nathanael Welch, Daniel Welch, Samuel Welch and Gabriel Welch; his siblings, Patricia Ann Welch, Matthew Welch (Jane) and Gregg Steven Welch; and his uncle Robert Thomas Fitzstephens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
