West of Rural Retreat; his stepson Michael Mathis of Wytheville; his brother Allen (Kathy West); his grandchildren, Malana West (Travis), Clayton Vaughan (Lakoda), Jordan Wade (Josh), Eli Bobbitt (Becky) and Zoe Cantrell (Jakob); and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Logan, Tanner, Gannon, Grainger, Scarlett and Casen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
